PARTENALIA is supporting Local Intermediate Authorities in the organization of the 2010 top institutional event. Open Days\, the European Week of Regions and Cities\, held each year in October\, has long been Brussels' biggest annual event on regional and local development. For the first time the PARTENALIA\, in the frame of CEPLI (Confederation of European Local Intermediate Authorities)\, will be directly involved in the organization of the event.
