In order to put its actions in place, PARTENALIA is divided into thematic areas to work on the subjects that are of interest to the intermediate local authorities.

These working groups constitute a priority work platform in order to promote innovative initiatives and the exchange of good practice at the trans-national scale. In the course of the 16 years the network has been in existence, the thematic areas have gradually established themselves as the backbone of its organisational structure.

Currently, the AISBL PARTENALIA is organised in three thematic working groups: Economy and Innovation, Social Affairs, and Territorial Development. These three groups are the driver for the association’s organisational structure.
